I scheduled an appointment for a bra fitting at The Pencil Test in Renton, Wa. I was greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. I was carefully fitted for bras by knowledgeable staff who accurately sized me, and had me try on various styles. I was so pleased with the service and the bra quality and will be a returning customer in the future. It was so worth the trip from Chehalis to Renton.

Emmy was AMAZING! I was a little hesitant this time around (repeat customer) because last time it seemed rushed and there was low supply for my needs. Today she brought me 20 bras to try. Listened to my worries and I was able to walk hone with 4. Probably could have bought more, but, money. Haha! What a fantastically redeeming visit all because of her! Thank you!

Happy returning customer here! I think, on an average, I visit The Pencil test store about twice a year - to upgrade and renew my lingerie drawer. This time I got re-fitted by Olivia, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about choosing the the bra brands and the styles that fit my shape. 10 stars, as always:-).

The Pencil Test is an amazing store, especially if you wear a hard to find size. They are the only store I know of that carries my size. But even more importantly they help you figure out what your size really is and what items will work for you. This visit I was helped by Hallie and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I am so glad this store exists!
