Vanessa was very knowledgeable and helpful and kind, and we appreciated the absence of a hard sell. She taught us (my sister and me) the correct way to position a bra, and our bodies into one, and I was surprised to learn that I’ve been wearing a size too big! Bra fitting has always been a miserable experience for me, but this was nice. Having a scheduled appointment meant no waiting and patient, undivided attention. The Pencil Test has a huge inventory of beautiful bras to fit all sorts of bodies. The prices were competitive with department stores, and I felt the whole experience was a good value. Plus, visiting pretty downtown Renton is always fun.

All my life, I have never had a bra shopping experience this great. I’ve never been able to find a perfect fit, until today. I actually was a bit teary because of the struggles I’ve had for so long.
