This was my third time here, and every single experience has been phenomenal! All the employees are super helpful and nice, making the atmosphere so comfortable. This last time, Olivia assisted me and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me! I will be coming back again as my size is hard to find elsewhere and here they always have what I’m looking for in my size!

There is nothing I dread more than finding a bra that fits. This is my second time being fitted at the Pencil Test and both experiences have been pleasant. There is nothing better than leaving with a bra that hugs you, lifts you, and doesn't dig into you. There was no judgement on my body and she made me feel confident and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Getting fitted in the right bra/cup size is a very positive experience. Leaving the store wearing one of my purchases, I felt 10 pounds lighter because my new bra fit me correctly and, my posture was improved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to get all your undergarments. Beautiful displays.

This was absolute nicest experience I've ever had. Olivia was so kind and so experienced! She knew my size just by looking at me with my shirt on. The Bras are expensive, I'm not going to lie; but it was a much nicer experience than I've ever had at Victoria Secret. And they actually fit! Victoria Secret gaslit me into think I was a DDD. Moral of the story, I'm a J. Im only ever getting my bras from here. They are high quality and the customer service rocks!

I recently had a significant weight change and knew my current bras didn't fit. I saw the Pencil Test on line and made a fitting appointment. My experience was awesome!! Genevieve welcomed me and focused exclusively on me. She took one look and brought me two perfect bras that fit well and were very comfortable. (I had asked for no wires, even though I have very droopy breasts.). In just 45 minutes I was in and out with all my needs met. I can't say enough good things about the store or Genevieve. I am a customer for life!

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly & very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed. They stayed with me until we got it right . I found out my correct bra size & the right way to wear it. They also assisted me in finding a bathing suit that was flattering. I will definitely be back.
