Shopping here is an absolute pleasure! I booked a fitting for a sports bra and left with a really comfortable sports bra and 2 tops. Staff were friendly, helpful, patient and kind and the shop is beautifully clean and lovely to look around.

I went to The Pencil Test for the first time today. Sadly, I didn’t catch my fitter’s name, but she was fantastic! She made a slight sizing adjustment over the bra I came in with then proceeded to bring me so many bras that fit me and my requirements. I felt so spoiled for choice. She was immediately available to me the entire time I was there for any fitting/sizing help and clearly knowledgeable about the store’s stock and what might work best for me. I will definitely be back, even though the store is 45 minutes to an hour from my home. It’s that good!

First-time customer after being referred by a friend. Absolutely thrilled with the experience and with the bras my fit expert helped me choose: have never found bras that were this cute OR this well-fitting. Prices slightly lower than Nordstrom (where I've been buying bras for 15 years) with far wider selection, especially for small band/large cup combo. Will definitely come here instead of Nordy's in future. THANK YOU LADIES!
